Kitchen Operator Help (Vulcan, AB)
Uptown Jerky is looking for a responsible and disciplined production operator to help with manufacturing dried beef products.
You will support the Kitchen Operator by:
- Weighing and mixing ingredients
- Preparing and drying meat in ovens
- Cutting and bagging dried meat
- Sampling for quality testing
- Recording data and counting inventory
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and dishware
- Reliably using the PPE provided
- ... other duties as required.
Christmas Market Representative (x2, Calgary, AB)
Uptown Jerky is looking for an artisan market booth representative for the Christmas season. Evening and weekend shifts available from November 15 until Dec 31, 2022. Training provided.
- tend to artisan market booth
- keep the booth clean, presentable and orderly
- engage potential customers with information about the product
- offer samples and flyers
